Tsela Tsweu was founded in 1998 with a strong focus on employee empowerment. Our shareholding is 70% Black women owned and our ethos of equal opportunity is at the heart of all our engineering operations. With 7 branches throughout South Africa and imminent expansion at the core of our company vision, we are a flexible, relatively small team with almost 140 years engineering and infrastructure experience within our top management. Our tenor is that of creating a synergy between us, the client, and the community, which the project serves. Infrastructure offers many communities the means to develop, uplifting and enabling citizenry with our expertise in engineering, project management and infrastructure.
